As an HR professional, I had the chance to work with incredible people on exciting projects over the years, and my passion for People & Culture topics pushes me to seek new horizons and be open for new challenges. My best characteristic is empathy: I am lucky to understand how people think and feel, and this has helped me to successfully tackle customer projects as well as internal communication issues.
